Return & Refund Policy

Refund Policy -

We don't offer a refund for any order. Each and every single product are having a replacement warranty and in case of any manufacturing fault, we will replace the complete product without any extra charges. However, if we fail to deliver the product then there will be a 100% refund as paid by the buyer. In case of any refund discrepancies, KSpyWorld may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.


We don't even offer a cancellation facility once the order is placed or payment is confirmed. Refund will be allowed only if we fail to deliver the ordered product within the said timeline.


We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7 TO 12 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities. In such a scenario, we process the refund amounts intermittently but, in case the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all rights to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account. 



Return Policy -

We don't accept returns for any order. But we offer a replacement for most of the products we sell up to a duration of 6 months except only earpieces and chargers. Most of the earpiece transmitters are having a warranty of 6 months only. We don't charge anything extra for the replacement of any product even if we pay the returning courier charges to the buyer in case we fail to pick it up from the location.
