This new device in having both a SIM connection and a Bluetooth connection facility. If a customer wants to use it without having a phone with him then he can insert a SIM card and use it hassle-free. For the GSM model, the call will be auto-received by the device itself.  
 
In Bluetooth mode, the customer can connect his phone and can use the same for phone calls and also can listen to audio files or any recorded file just like a Bluetooth headset. 
In Bluetooth mode there is no call receiving function, In that case, the customer needs to press a switch given the box to pick up any call.
