Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after successful payment. Our logistic partners are -  DHL, Bluedart, DTDC and Ecomexpress.


We have removed Delhivery courier from our courier partner list because of the poor delivery service.


The product we sell are non-returnable but each of the products listed on this website is having 6 to 12 months of replacement warranty.


For earpiece products, the warranty of 6 months is valid only for the transmission modules and not for any electronic or magnetic earpiece nor for chargers and cables.


So if you receive a non-working product then we will replace the same with a new one. A refund can be issued if only we fail to deliver the product within the mentioned timeline and once RTO is delivered. Without the product RTO there will not be any type of refund of any amount.


Within India, it will take 7 to 10 days for delivery and If we fail to complete the delivery then you can ask for a refund, once you reject the shipment then we will get the parcel back and the refund will get approved.  


In case the customer rejects the parcel within the delivery timeline of 10 days then there will be no refund and the same product will be reshipped to the customer.  If the customer rejects the product multiple times and legal action will be taken as per our policy. 


The reason for not offering refunds for our products is because most of the products we prepare or arrange from other manufacturing companies and it takes a huge time and effort to do the same. So kindly understand all these before placing any order. 


For exchange - We do not offer any type of exchange. Replacement can be done with the same product only for manufacturing defects. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Payment info - buyers can pay us directly through the website using the given payment gateway(s). 


If the buyer refuses to take the order at the time of delivery or raises a request for future delivery then the same will not be calculated within the timeline of 10 days. There will not be any refund for such RTO shipments if the buyer rejects the parcel on 1st attempt of delivery. In such an RTO case, the shipment will be reshipped to the customer's address.


NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - The customs department may charge some amount for importing any product from any foreign country. The same amount needs to be paid by the buyer only. 

The amount differs from product to product and country to country - starting from 2% to a maximum of 200% ‼️‼️
