To use the magnetic earpiece your ear canal has to be clean so that the tiny magnetic earpiece could touch your ear drum properly and safely. If you are using the magnetic earpiece for the first time then you might feel some discomfort while inserting the earpiece into your ear as a foreign body is entering the inner part of you ear canal and this might make you uncomfortable for few times, but it'll get used to. Regular practice will help you to use this device properly. 
 
Cautions - 
Don't use this earpice for longer time. 8 to 9 hrs is maximum use time since it's electromagnetic ways might harm if exposed for longer durations. 
Never sleep with magnetic earpiece in your ear
Do not insert forcefully. Don't push the earpiece as they might harm your ear canal/drum.

How to use -
